Cuura is a feedback collection platform designed for small businesses. We provide tools and services to help businesses gather, analyse, and act on customer and employee feedback. Our core services include: - Customer feedback collection tools - Employee feedback management - Analytics and reporting - Survey template library - Response management tools

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cuura and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. While you retain ownership of any feedback data you collect through our platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and analyse this data to provide and improve our services. You may not: - Resell or redistribute our services - Copy or modify the platform's software - Attempt to extract the source code of our software - Create derivative works based on our platform

We take your privacy seriously. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. We offer a 14-day free trial for new accounts. No credit card is required during the trial period. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation: - You will not be billed further - Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period - You will retain access to your data for 30 days after account closure

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: a) Your use or inability to use the Service b) Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information stored therein c) Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service d) Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Service

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
